Job location: Roxboro, NC (On-site / Hybrid)

Additional Location: Warrenton, NC (Hybrid / Remote)

Job type: Full-Time / Hybrid / Remote

Shifts: Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job description:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and substance use services. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful clinical work within a supportive, multidisciplinary, and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Provide clinical services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and client-centered clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA.

• LCAS or LCASA preferred but not required.

• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use services as a clinical social worker or counselor.

• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in clinical practice.

Work Arrangement:

• Roxboro: Hybrid schedule available.

• Warrenton: Hybrid or fully remote options available.
