We are looking for a Recruiter to support a contract opportunity based in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on identifying and hiring talent for engineering-related openings across the country, with an emphasis on environmental and construction positions and occasional corporate support roles. The position offers a hybrid or onsite work arrangement, with in-person onboarding required, and is well suited for someone who brings strong organization, sound judgment, and end-to-end recruiting expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle hiring activities for national searches, from intake discussions and sourcing through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build candidate pipelines for environmental and construction-focused openings while also assisting with select administrative and corporate positions as needed.
• Partner with hiring teams to clarify position needs, align recruiting strategies, and maintain momentum throughout each search.
• Use applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to organize candidate activity, document progress, and keep workflows current.
• Conduct sourcing efforts through multiple channels to attract talent with relevant experience for both specialized and higher-volume hiring needs.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and hiring logistics while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment operations that may involve process or system updates as needed within the hiring function.• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and hiring stages.
• Background recruiting for environmental, construction, or closely related technical roles.
• Ability to source candidates proactively for national-level searches using a variety of recruiting methods.
• Experience working in corporate recruiting environments, including occasional support for administrative positions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard Microsoft Office applications, including Teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid or onsite setting with availability for in-person onboarding in Burlington, Massachusetts.
