Core Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Evaluate senior residents' physical conditions, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility. Treatment & Education: Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and custom treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe body mechanics. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records of evaluations, daily notes, and progress tracking in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with community care providers and the permanent therapy staff to ensure seamless, high‑quality patient care. Qualifications Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensure: Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible). Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to adapt quickly to varying caseloads. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
