Location: Bowling Green, KY (Local Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Commission Only

BiG Local Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local businesses succeed through networking, marketing, education, and community engagement. We are seeking motivated, outgoing sales professionals to grow our membership throughout South Central Kentucky.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and earning income based on their results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit local businesses to introduce BiG Local Club.
• Explain the benefits of membership and answer questions about the organization.
• Generate new memberships through networking, referrals, community events, phone calls, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners.
• Follow up with prospective members to close sales.
• Submit complete and accurate membership applications, including all required contact and payment information.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership goals.
• Professionally represent BiG Local Club at networking events, community functions, and business expos.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Passion for supporting local businesses and the community.

Compensation

• 100% Commission Only
• Uncapped earning potential.
• Performance-based incentives may be available.
• The more memberships you sell, the more you earn.
