Overview Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced board-certified Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule opportunity in post-acute care in the Boca Raton, FL area. Responsibilities Follow up on new patient admissions adhering to the established treatment plan Recertify patient stays Round on current patients and update treatment plans as needed Communicate with medical staff and the on-site physician to ensure consistent quality care for each patient Update patient charts and prescribe medications as needed Compensation and Schedule This is a 1099 contractor role compensated on RVU with an expected income of $200,000 to $250,000+ annually. Medical professional liability coverage is provided. No call or weekend/after-hours requirements.
