Seasonal Store Manager

Summary of Position The Store Manager is responsible for developing Burton pop-up store in North Conway, NH, according to Burton's Retail standards. Scope of tasks include staff hiring, training and development, customer service in a 360-degree matter, organizing and optimizing store stock & assortments, and follow VM standards. Reporting directly to the NA Retail Manager. The role is expected to contribute substantially to developing Burton’s DTC department, the store and its staff to archive a consumer centric environment to become the Retailer of the future. Essential Responsibilities: Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability Recruit staff, as needed Train, mentor, and develp staff on a frequent basis Monitor inventory management Give guidance on In-store Marketing and align with Burton's Marketing strategies Provide reporting on store results Manage store budget Net Sales Planning Act on Burton Product Warranty cases according to Burton's warranty process Be a brand ambassador for the Burton brand Other duties as assigned Education & Experience: Minimum 5 years of Retail experience or equivalent experience in the field of sporting goods & fashion, ideally in a managerial role.
