You'll also receive an hourly rate for other SPAW services, creating multiple income streams.Earning potential: Successful groomers can earn $50,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on productivity and client retention.Benefits: Health insurance (for full-time employees) Dental and Vision insurance A retirement plan with Employer MatchPaid time off (PTO) Employee discounts Professional development assistance  Your DayAs a Pet Groomer, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while ensuring every pet's comfort and safety.Responsibilities:Perform full grooms, baths, nail trims, and other grooming servicesEnsure pets are handled safely, calmly, and professionallyMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming areaCommunicate clearly with the Client Services Team and Pet Care Manager regarding pet needs and care notesAccurately document grooming details and observationsYou'll be supported by our Pet Care Technicians and Client Service Specialists, so you can focus on delivering exceptional grooming services.Your ScheduleTypically, five shifts per week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Schedule may vary based on business needsWeekend availability requiredWhat We're Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:At least 2 years of professional grooming experienceBasic computer skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.You'll stand out if you are:Detail-oriented and safety-focusedReliable and self- motivatedProfessional in appearance and communicationPositive, team-oriented, and adaptableCommitted to ethical, compassionate animal careOur MissionIn operation since 2012, we have a stellar reputation in our community and the surrounding region as a modern pet care facility committed to quality services and excellent care for dogs and cats.
