Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health needs; develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices. \n
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. \n
- Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to establish a cohesive treatment strategy that considers the whole person in their environment. \n
- Respond promptly to crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and delivering on-the-spot support and intervention to mitigate acute psychological distress. \n
- Actively participate in community outreach events designed to increase mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help, such as workshops and seminars in local schools and community centers. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or equivalent fields. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trustful relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals. \n
- Demonstrated cultural competence and adaptability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their unique experiences and perspectives. \n
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation to ensure accurate and timely client records and compliance with relevant regulations. \n

- Previous experience in a community mental health setting, particularly in delivering therapy to diverse populations. \n
- Knowledge of community resources and treatment programs that can augment client support. \n
- Experience with integrated care models and interprofessional collaboration. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
