**Manager in Training (MIT) – Toppers Pizza**

Toppers Pizza is hiring Managers in Training to help lead daily restaurant operations while developing the skills needed to become a General Manager.

As an MIT, you'll work alongside the management team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and cleanliness standards, supervise team members, and help achieve sales and operational goals.

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work late nights (store hours extend until 3:00 AM)
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and leadership potential.

Must be available to work nights including closes. Most weekends are essential but we are flexible and try to give time off when needed.
