Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Annapolis, MD. This full‑time, on‑site role involves working closely with clients to assess their estate planning needs and recommend tailored solutions. The attorney will collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Duties Meet with prospective clients to recommend estate planning solutions. Guide clients through the planning process, including document review and execution. Collaborate with paralegals for timely and accurate document drafting. Maintain accurate records and client communications. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Assist in team‑building and professional development events. Requirements Law degree and license to practice in Maryland. Ability to engage new clients in initial consultations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to undergo a background check and assessment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Maryland. Skills Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Organized and tech‑savvy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Acrobat.
