You will perform precise electrical and mechanical assembly, contribute to continuous product and process improvements, and help ensure that all assemblies meet quality and workmanship standards in a manufacturing environment.

- Work from complex drawings, schematics, blueprints, routings, and specifications to perform accurate electrical and mechanical assembly.

- Provide input on product and process improvements, including suggested corrections to drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
- Maintain and update all work- or job-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support and, when needed, guide assemblers of lower classification and helpers by assigning work, providing instruction, and checking completed work for adherence to standards.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in electrical assembly processes, including control integration and application of basic electrical and mechanical principles.

- Experience with schematic, wiring, mechanical assembly, and electronic assembly in a production environment.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on product designs and manufacturing processes to support continuous improvement.
- Comfort assigning tasks and providing guidance to less experienced assemblers and helpers when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and suggest corrections to drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
Why Work Here?
