Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a hospital Cath Lab
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong critical thinking skills; able to respond efficiently in emergent cardiac situations
• Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and pre/post procedural care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications as ordered and assist physicians with invasive procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to Cath Lab protocols and safety measures
• Document all care with accuracy and thoroughness in the electronic health record
