Associate - Corporate Capital Markets

Duties Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including IPOs and direct listings. Collaborate with private equity investors and investment banks on securities offerings. Provide guidance on compliance with securities regulations. Support clients in strategic investments and acquisitions. Work closely with the firm's National Office for real-time advice on securities issues. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets or public company representation. Strong understanding of securities regulations and capital markets. Ability to manage complex transactions across various jurisdictions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the state of Texas. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
