Join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator! The Maintenance Coordinator will ensure that all our homes are maintained according to established Sand 'N Sea protocols. They are responsible for coordinating effective and efficient systems with goals of homeowner and guest satisfaction, as well as fiscal responsibility to both homeowners and the company. Key duties include coordinating maintenance techs and inspectors, managing work orders and the key system, and following up on service issues to ensure quality, timely work.
