Dealership Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team focused on selling new and used RVs. Key responsibilities include: coaching and mentoring staff developing sales strategies through events and marketing managing budgets maintaining inventory levels analyzing customer feedback recruiting and training sales personnel promoting company initiatives The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused, high-integrity sales approach. The manager will stay informed on market trends, oversee product presentation, and serve as a liaison between customers and departments.
