IAM Developer

Rate: Dependent on experience (our client is open to discussing) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement IAM solutions using ForgeRock and/or Ping Identity technologies. Develop custom integrations, workflows, authentication journeys, and identity lifecycle processes. Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and Identity Governance solutions. Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and directories. Develop and maintain custom code, scripts, connectors, and REST API integrations. Participate in solution architecture, technical design workshops, and implementation planning. Support identity provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access certification processes. Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide root cause analysis and remediation. Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application Development teams to ensure secure identity management practices. Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, patching activities, and platform optimisation initiatives. Ensure solutions align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting ForgeRock and/or Ping Identity solutions. Strong experience with either: ForgeRock Access Management (AM) ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM) ForgeRock Directory Services (DS) PingOne PingAccess PingDirectory Experience designing and implementing SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and Federation solutions. Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity synchronization concepts. Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
