Our 300-bed home provides long term care, rehabilitative, memory enhancement, and respite care. Pastoral/Spiritual Care at Teresian House embraces compassionate ministry to the aged, the sick, the dying, and to persons with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Cultivate.. meaningful relationships with residents, their families and our staff is essential.Provide... presence and spiritual and emotional support to residents, their families and staffEnhance... provide a welcoming environment recognizing the dignity of the human person.Assess and Document... the spiritual needs and concerns of residents. Assist.. in preparing chapel for Mass, funerals, and special liturgies Bring..
