✅ Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment

✅ Produce and inspect custom molded rubber products to meet quality standards

✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

✅ Work with team members to achieve daily production goals

✅ Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues

✅ Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the production process

✔ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to work independently and stay productive

✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
