As a Tax Senior Accountant in our Bend office, you’ll have the opportunity to: Work directly with partners and leadership on client engagements Provide high-quality tax preparation, planning, and advisory services Build meaningful relationships with privately held businesses and individuals Take ownership of your work while being supported by an experienced team We are committed to helping you grow your expertise, expand your skillset, and develop as a trusted advisor. What You’ll Do Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Assist with tax planning strategies and projections Collaborate with partners on advisory engagements Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and support staff accountants and interns What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Technical Skills: Experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S returns and projections Licensure: Active CPA license preferred Client Focus: Experience working with privately held businesses and individuals Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients and partners Team Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute Grow With Us in Bend Our Bend office offers a unique opportunity to build your career while enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer—from outdoor recreation to a vibrant community.
