Whether it be through community involvement or internally working with each other, CoteCares expresses our world and what we want it to be.What You'll Be Doing:Shake, stir, pour, and serve a variety of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—to guests with style and efficiencyCreate a friendly, fun, and inviting atmosphere at the bar (everyone loves "their bartender")Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shiftChat with guests, learn their preferences, and recommend the perfect drink to match their moodHandle bar inventory and restock supplies like a proFollow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines—you know how to have fun and play by the rulesHelp support your team and keep the good vibes flowingBe ready to jump into other tasks as needed—because we're all about teamwork hereMinimum Must-Haves:You have at least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environmentYou're comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items like cases and kegsYou bring positive energy and strong communication skills to every shiftBonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):Experience working in busy resort bars or event settingsSolid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (from craft IPAs to signature spritzes)A creative streak—you like trying new drink recipes and seasonal specials
