We're hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you're a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
NEW GRADS WELCOME Gain hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor, placement pre-licensure, cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow, base pay plus bonus incentives, and health benefits! Compensation & Benefits- $68-70/hour (earn up to $75/hour with our base + bonus incentive program!)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires

- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Strong communication + teamwork

- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
