Description Room Attendant Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our visitors. We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
