Internal Medicine Physician

This outpatient internal medicine/urgent care role offers an employed position in a clinic setting with no hospital or ER call . It involves working alongside a Physician Assistant (PA) in a practice that is open Monday through Saturday , with flexible schedules of 36 or 40 hours per week . The schedule includes 4 weekdays and one half-day Saturday . The role entails providing urgent care and outpatient services with an average of 18-25 patients daily . Candidates must be willing to work 2 half-days on Saturdays per month. The practice uses EMR systems and has excellent support staff , eliminating administrative duties and allowing focus on clinical care. Light phone call responsibilities are shared at a ratio of 1:5 . For internal medicine candidates, the role includes seeing patients aged 6 and above for common sick visits such as coughs and colds.
