The Greens at Erwin is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team on a PRN basis for night shift.

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Follow clinical, safety, and infection control standards

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

• Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and committed to providing high-quality resident care
