Assistant Property ManagerAssistant Property Manager – Apartment CommunityLocation: Broadway, GalvestonWe are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position supports the Property Manager in the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community while providing exceptional service to residents and prospective tenants.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property.Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and lease renewals.Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting.Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.Prepare reports, process paperwork, and maintain accurate records.Support occupancy goals and resident retention initiatives.Qualifications:Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentTemp-to-Perm opportunities availableFull-time positionIf you are passionate about providing outstanding resident experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today!
