Boyd Richards is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our growing West Palm Beach office as Associates. We are interested in candidates with strong academic and professional credentials who are eager to take on meaningful responsibility across our litigation and appellate practices, including professional liability and the many other disciplines listed below.

Associates at Boyd Richards have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters, develop strong litigation skills, interact directly with clients, and collaborate closely with experienced attorneys. • Diverse, sophisticated matters: our lawyers handle complex, challenging, highstakes disputes across a broad range of disciplines, including professional liability, commercial litigation, appellate matters, insurance coverage, employment, cyber, securities, whitecollar defense, community association, construction, and general liability matters.
• Real litigation experience: frequent hearings, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial opportunities. Our lawyers do not spend years on the sidelines.
• Ownership and visibility: manage matters from inception through resolution, with meaningful client and carrier contact.
• Direct access: work closely with experienced trial and appellate lawyers rather than functioning only in a support role.

EXPERIENCE:

Two or more years of relevant experience preferred; candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

STATE / ADMISSION:

Florida Bar admission required. Federal admission in the Southern and/or Middle District of Florida is expected for employment-practices candidates and preferred otherwise.
