What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Nurse PM at Plano ER, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic emergency room setting. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitoring, assessing, and addressing patient needs promptly and effectively. Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care. Upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all interactions. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in an emergency room setting. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) , and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) . Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
