Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Provide care to residents who are unhoused. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Document care provided and ensure compliance with care plans. Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Prior experience in home care or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move clients as needed. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to quality care. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
