Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy

Schedule

5x8, 40 hours per week

Assignment Details

Inpatient and/or outpatient experience required; new graduates with relevant experience are considered.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Occupational Therapist license from the state
• Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to established standards and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and assistive devices.
• Document patient information and progress in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor program effectiveness and develop new programs as needed.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with licensure standards.
