Qualifications:

Requirements : Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in NY) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

: $85,000 - $105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include
