Role: SailPoint Business Analyst



Location: Wilmington, DE 19805



Work Arrangement: Hybrid - must be onsite 3 times per week

Must-Have Skills

1. 7 9 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
2. Strong understanding of SailPoint components, architecture, and configuration in both standalone and clustered modes .
3. Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) , Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , access certification processes, stakeholder management, business analysis methodologies, and SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
5. Perform gap analysis and process mapping .
6. Support UAT coordination and implementation .
7. Create visual representations of current and future IAM workflows .
8. Ability to implement technical solutions or prototypes that meet all functional and non-functional requirements .
9. Excellent communication skills.

A senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Business Analyst with strong IGA/RBAC, IAM workflow, gap analysis, UAT, stakeholder-management, and process-mapping experience.
