Role: Senior SAP ABAP Developer with S4 HANA

Location: San Antonio, TX (5 days onsite)- relo ok

Duration: 6 month (can extend)

Rates: DOE

Oil and gas experience would be plus

Total experience required: over 12 years

• S/4 HANA
• OO ABAP
• RFC
• BADI
• BAPI
• CDS views
• AMDP
• RAP Model
• Strong communication skills

• Experience with S/4HANA and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
• Proficiency with Core Data Services (CDS) views, OData, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Strong skills in full lifecycle ABAP custom development, including RFC, BADI, BAPI, and enhancement frameworks.
• Experience with ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions from high-level functional design documents.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred skills:

• Experience working within a UI5 project to understand the architecture.
• Familiarity with new S/4HANA coding syntax and best practices.
