Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team
• Commitment to supporting students with a range of communication and language needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize students' educational outcomes
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in annual reviews
• Offer resources, guidance, and training to staff and families as needed
• Deliver services for 40 hours per week, including both the traditional and extended school year
