As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support access processes, communicate professionally with visitors and team members, and help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Day Time Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage manufacturing location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing temporary access credentials, and directing authorized personnel.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and vendors in accordance with site procedures, documenting activity and reporting irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
