We are excited to bring our brewing and culinary craftsmanship to the beach to what is formerly known as Terry's Country Store. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Strings Sports Brewery team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Job Descriptions:

The Table Toucher has great people skills and is used to a fast paced environment. This person greets guests with menus, takes orders and provides excellent customer service. This is a tipped position. A solid understanding of the menu is a must. Experience is a plus.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards. This role involves ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to specifications and that the kitchen operates efficiently.

Server Responsibilities :

• Operate the cash register/hand held devise and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Greet and engage customers with a positive attitude.
• Answer customer inquiries and assist with menu information.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide exceptional service and support to guests throughout their dining experience.

Key Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and are of high quality.
• Monitor food stock and ingredients, and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist in menu planning and development, offering suggestions for improvement.
