Floater

Provides coverage in any aspect of production as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Rotates through workstations as needed for coverage and relief
2. Inspects production areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met.
3. Assists with records associated with position being worked.
4. Ensures all required paper work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.
6. Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Experience : 2+ years of warehouse or food production experience preferred. Working knowledge of machines used in production
Language/Communications : Ability to read and interpret basic instructional details and related information.
Reasoning : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Flexibility : able to adapt to schedule changes, long and irregular hours; Willingness to cross-train and work with a variety of products and procedural changes
Computer Skills : General Word Processing and email writing
