What We’re Looking For:
✅ A positive, can-do attitude
✅ Willingness to learn and work well in a team
✅ Prior landscape construction experience
✅ Reliable transportation to and from job sites
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands
✅ Able to pass a drug screen (if requested)
✅ Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire , not before)

✅ Dependable and reliable transportation to and from job sites

✅ Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks

✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Benefits

Wage Rates (based on skill set)

- Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour

- Vacation: $3.00

- Health Care: $6.00

- Annuity: $3.00

- Training: $.10

- LECET: $.06

-IAP: $.10

- TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr

Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
