Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join our team at our senior living community!

As a Server, you will play an important role in making mealtimes enjoyable for our residents. You will provide attentive and courteous service while creating a warm, welcoming, and restaurant-style dining experience.

Hourly Pay:

• Starting at $16.50 

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent dining service to residents during mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Interact with residents courteously and respond to their requests or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services.
• Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A high school diploma is a plus.
