Locations Brooklyn: Boro Park, Williamsburg, Crown Heights, and Flatbush Settings Child's home or playgroup, working with children birth to three years of age. License / Qualifications New York State Physical Therapist License DOH approval for EI provider for EI cases Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred Rates $60-$68 per 30 minute session Benefits Health and dental insurance options for full time employees. Job Responsibilities Promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities, remediate developmental disabilities, provide support to families, and collaborate with other disciplines, as needed to address goals and objectives as indicated in each student\'s IFSP. In compliance with state and local requirements, each therapist will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding students services and subsequence needs.
