Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer Work Location: Jackson, WI and surrounding area Work Arrangement: On-site and field-based Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily start and end times vary based on project demands. Variable full-time schedule, up to 40 hours per week (hours are driven by project workloads and seasonal business needs; a minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed). Occasional overtime, weekend shifts, and after-hours work may be required depending on business needs. Compensation: $35-$50 per hour based on experience What You'll Do: Build trust by educating homeowners and businesses on their electrical needs during service calls. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults and equipment in residential and commercial environments. Uphold strict service protocols and local codes while meeting specific customer requirements. Maintain a pristine job site and a fully stocked, organized service truck. Ensure all invoicing, timekeeping, and feedback sheets are accurate and submitted on time. Engage in morning meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and team retreats. What You Bring: Experience: Proven experience with wiring diagrams, circuit breakers, junction boxes, and tracing lines. A deep understanding of local codes and their field application. Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain solutions to customers. Licensing: Current electrical license. Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement. Compliance : Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $35-$50 per hour. Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.
