The Wound Care - RN provides direct patient care and assistance to staff nurses, and acts as consultative service regarding wound care to clinical staff. The Wound Care - RN performs wound care functions under the oversight of a Wound Care Director. RN Wound Care, WOCN, Wound Ostomy, Hospital Wound Care, Registered Nurse Wound Care, Wound Vac Requirements: Education: Graduate of an approved Nursing Program. BSN Preferred. Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse - RN in the District of Columbia. Current BLS certification. Wound care certificate from ANCC accredited program within two years of hire. Experience: Two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
