Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to pediatric patients.

  Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.

  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.

  Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active NJ Respiratory Therapist license.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT.
  
  
• 
  Possess pediatric respiratory care experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
