IT Help Desk (Level 2/Level 3)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite 5 Days per Week)

About the Company

Our client is a leading organization within the legal and case administration industry, providing technology-driven services and support solutions to clients nationwide. The company operates in a primarily cloud-based environment and is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk II/junior III to provide hands-on technical support for internal users.

Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded IT Help Desk with strong Level 2 support experience and the ability to handle some Level 3 responsibilities. This individual will support approximately 60 internal users across a Microsoft-centric environment, serving as a key point of contact for technical issues, user administration, and endpoint management.

This role is highly visible and will interact with users at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting independently, collaborating with external service providers and MSP partners, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal employees
• Manage and resolve approximately 5-10 support tickets per day
• Perform Microsoft 365 administration and user management
• Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and access requests
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune environments
• Provision and deprovision users, devices, and system access
• Troubleshoot SaaS applications and cloud-based systems
• Support endpoint management, security, and device configuration
• Work closely with the organization's MSP and third-party service providers
• Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives
• Provide support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Document support procedures and technical solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support, Systems Administration, or Desktop Support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Active Directory administration experience
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments and SaaS platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting executive-level users is preferred
• PowerShell and automation experience is a plus
• Exposure to security best practices is a plus

• Fully onsite in Woodland Hills, CA
• Contract engagement expected to last 1-2 months
