POSITION: FULL TIME CUSTODIAN - PM

MAUDE WILKINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

SALARY: As per Contract


AVAILABLE: July 1, 2026


QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance;

cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation;

Proper handling of hazardous materials;


Black Seal low pressure preferred.


Ability to perform well in a team environment and be task completion oriented;


Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate;


Must pass all physical and medical tests required;


Required to pass criminal background check;


Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residence;


Valid driver's license
