Benefits Top tier benefits Competitive Pay Job Details Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with a knack for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance? We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team permanently. Responsibilities Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery and equipment, applying your knowledge of automation and injection molding. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Assist in the development and implementation of mechanical maintenance policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Document work performed and maintain equipment history records using a computerized maintenance management system. Participate in ongoing technical training and development opportunities to remain current on industry standards and new technologies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with automation, injection molding, and electrical systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using a computerized maintenance management system for record‑keeping. Willingness to participate in ongoing technical training and development opportunities. High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
