This position involves working in a medical unit with 43 beds, providing essential healthcare services in an acute care setting. Candidates will collaborate closely with a supportive team of RNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide nursing care in a med/surg unit
• Manage patient care with a 1:5-6 ratio during day shifts, and 1:6 during night shifts
• Collaborate with unit team to perform a variety of surgical procedures (excluding cardiac and open neuro surgery)
• Participate in Meditech documentation and record-keeping

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Previous med/surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech systems
