Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Experience working within school districts or pediatric populations preferred
• Strong ability to assess and develop individualized intervention plans
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Adaptable, positive attitude and commitment to inclusive education practices

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to determine students’ needs and appropriate interventions
• Developing and implementing customized therapy programs for students of varying abilities
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate student records
• Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classrooms and small groups
• Educating staff on strategies and accommodations to support student success
