THE ROLE

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador Build and cultivate a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and seasonal collections Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business Support visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and daily operational excellence Assist with inventory management, stock organization, replenishment, and POS transactions Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless and elevated shopping experience

PERSONAL PROFILE

2+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail Menswear experience is highly preferred Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and exceptional client service Commercial mindset with experience achieving individual sales targets and KPIs Polished communication skills with a professional and client-first approach Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced luxury environment
