PrideStaff/Southfield is a Hiring warehouse general labor associate to work for

a world leader in the field of Automotive Systems.

Second shift 9 am-5:30 pm

Pay rate $16

Responsibilities:

Depending on the specific area assigned, assists in some or all of the following: • Receipt of incoming materials, products,s or returns

• Movement of stock to appropriate locations within the warehouse • Utilization of industrial-powered trucks, swing reaches, stand-ups, and floor jacks

• Verification of part locations and quantities

• Gathering of merchandise for distribution to the customer

• Preparation of outgoing shipments

• Inventory control

Required Skills/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Must be able to work effectively with little supervision

• Must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Math

Desired Skills

• 1-2 years of Warehousing experience within the Automotive industry preferred • Equipment safety and operations training preferred

• Powered industrial vehicle experience (i.e. Banding equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, stand-up order pickers, stretch wrap machine, swing reach truck) preferred

• Experience with bar scanning equipment is a PLUS
