Vartsaff Job Opportunity Vartsaff is currently searching for a professional to manage and direct suppliers and teammates to support corporate services and indirect spend categories across Blue Origin. The role involves ensuring business and program requirements are prioritized and executed to meet operational needs. Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal/Requests for Quote, performing price analyses, developing negotiation strategies, constructing various contracting types, taking ownership of the procurement process, leading strategic agreements, supporting the procurement organization's strategic direction, and ensuring delivery of services on time, within budget, and meeting quality and performance requirements. Requirements include knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably within corporate services or indirect categories, understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), experience with negotiating and managing multiple contract types, proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload, strong analytical skills, top-notch people and communication skills, familiarity with services-related compliance, supplier qualification, and risk management processes, ability to read, interpret, and develop services-related documentation, prior experience purchasing corporate/indirect services, and experience with import/export regulations. Nice-to-haves include Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, experience with Deltek Costpoint, Jira, SharePoint, or contingent labor/VMS platforms, and experience with Fieldglass or Beeline. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
